Refund & Special Policies

1. Refund Method

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

• Transaction and processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

2. Group / Long-Term Bookings

• For stays longer than 15 days or group bookings,
  a minimum 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.

3. Security Deposit

• If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out,
  provided there are no damages or policy violations.

4. Partial Payment Bookings

• If only an advance payment was made at the time of booking:

  • Cancelling within 7 days of check-in → Advance amount will be forfeited.

5. Host-Initiated Cancellations

• In the rare case where Lohas Stays must cancel a booking:

  • Guests will receive a 100% refund

  • Plus, assistance with alternative accommodation (if available)

6. Special Offers & Non-Refundable Bookings

• Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as “Non-Refundable.”

• These bookings are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
