Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lohas Stays, we understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:


1. Free Cancellation Window

  • Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund,
    provided the check-in date is at least 7 days away.


2. Standard Cancellations

  • 7 days or more before check-inFull refund (after payment gateway charges, if any)

  • Within 7 days of check-in50% refund

  • On check-in day / No-ShowNo refund


3. Date Modifications

  • One-time free change allowed if requested at least 72 hours before check-in,
    subject to availability.

  • Additional modifications may attract a rescheduling fee.


4. Early Check-Out

  • Guests checking out before their scheduled departure date
    will not be refunded for unused nights.


5. Force Majeure / Emergencies

  • In cases of natural disasters, medical emergencies (with proof),
    or government restrictions, each case will be reviewed individually.

  • Full/partial refunds or future stay credits may be offered at our discretion.


6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment source
    within 7–10 business days.

  • Transaction/processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Group & Long-Term Bookings

  • For stays longer than 15 days or group bookings,
    a minimum 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.


8. Security Deposit

  • If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days
    after check-out inspection,
    provided there are no damages or policy violations.


9. Partial Payment Bookings

  • If only an advance payment was made at booking:

    • Cancelling within 7 days of check-inAdvance amount will be forfeited.


10. Host-Initiated Cancellations

  • In rare cases where Lohas Stays must cancel,
    guests will receive:

    • 100% refund

    • Assistance with alternative accommodations (if available)


11. Special Offers & Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked “Non-Refundable.”

  • These bookings are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
